Luckily we bought home and and got a 203k loan thru bank and they have our back. Worse experience ever.

We just had a final inspection on our home and his work our roof is about to come off, there is actually places it was never mounted n screwed down and it is not even running straight!
I just heard he's in a law suit for bad shorty work with some lady.
Yes and I heard he has a more than a few leaks in new roofs also, we now have had 9 contracts here 5 have said roof needs removed n redone there is no fixing a bad metal roof. Ughhhhh winter is here and we still are not done n he thinks he should be paid more hmmph i can't wait till this is over and the inspector is done with there reviews so we can move forward!
