I answered you via email on this and thought this was cleared up. SmartDefrag is a well known, very trusted application that has been around for at least a decade written by IOBit.
MajorGeeks does not develop that software. What you are seeing is a false positive that you should report to whatever company you think is detecting it.
As with all windows software, if you don't like it, uninstall the program from your add / removed dialog box. .
