Car was to get front bumper replaced the service dept had the car for 4weeks without any phone calls from dept I reached out more then 25x during 4 weeks asking about a LOANER which I was told the lady that had the Loaner car have got into2 accidents with Loaners ... Got the car back after the worst experience EVER get the car back to notice the entire Car felt like paper your g to bring back to make it right and THAT DIDN'T GO WELL AT ALL GOT THE CAR BANK WITH MORE DAMAGE TO REAR BUMPER...
TOLD TO BRING BACK ONCE AGAIN AND I REFUSE...
THERE'S OTHER WAYS TO GET THIS SOLVED AND I'M GOING ALL THE WAY ... THERE IS A PART2 TO THE MADNESS
