We bought a used car from major back in July. It came with no warrwety but they were to look it over and make sure everything was in good condition and gurantee inspection. The car needed brake pads and the AMS light was on. We waited 8 hours for the car. We are fron NJ and didn't want to go back anf forth. They did nothing!!

Brought the car back to the service dept 2 weeks later. Was there from 9am till 4 pm. The service dept is a joke. After all that time only the brake pads were done. I was told a part had to be ordered for the abs light. Someone would get back to me. Numerous calls later and I am still waiting.

I have no desire to go back and waste another day and hours sitting in traffic. As of yesterday, If I take the car to my mechanic and get the part # needed. (Don't know how they were going to order it). they will ship it to me. Then I guess I will have to pay to have it installed. We will see what happens. Guess 1/2 a glass is better then nothing. Stay away. A hard lesson learned for my son.

if you are considering going to a company called major world or major auto companies please do research on them. read all the bad reviews customers have given them for their lack of professionalism and honesty.

i can attest to a lot of those reviews...fortunatel my case wasn't as severe as others but i want to warn everyone to read about the company first before you sign any contract. there's several patterns with how the employees conduct business...very dishonest, not professional and shady! just research first!

hopefully everyone can voice their opinion and problems so this does not keep happening to other people. stuck with a car that is garbage!
