Majik - Customer Service Review
I am getting very irritated with every time I speak with an associate it is always a different amount owed or you dicuss a commitment and they say it will be okay one week and then you call to confirm and guess what it is doucumeted completely different then discussed. They have not sent out my receipts as asked. I have brought this to their attention firmly many times. Another thing is the always change there time frame of how far apart payments can be or that they can not except anything but a 7 day payment. I am regret doing buisness with them only a few payments left then never again!!! I feel like they use intimidation tatics. I have always made payment or made payment arrangements when I was off due to surgery. I have rented other things from them in the past and had no Issues. It just seems its been in the last year the customer service is lacking.
Made payments, employees pocketed payments
I was givin phony reciepts, no help from mangement the associates are clueless. I have rented from other rent to own stores and never had any problems , the store manager rob tries intimidation tactics to get what he wants, my lawyer is drafting a letter to the states attorney general as well as the b.b.b The store is also very dirty inside especially the rest room, Also if you go in planning to get a new item that's what you pay for but you actuall.y get a used item that they already ripped someone off for, see you in court

Majik Rent To Own
I got a PS3 bundle from Majik Rent To Own. The associate told me I had 6 months to pay it off therefore I set up a monthly payment amount that would pay off the merchandise by the "same as cash date". About 3 months into making payments I called to verify that I was on track. I found out then that I supposedly only had 3 months to pay it off and I has passed the "same as cash date". Now they are trying to charge me 3x more than what was initially agreed upon. I have called several times frustrated and each time I get a different story as to what I owe and the time frame of when it will be completely paid off. I even spoke to the store manager and truly that was no help! None the less I am a customer who makes on time payments every month. I sent a complaint to the BBB and have yet to receive a response from Majik. I will NEVER rent to own anything ever again! Lesson learned!
