I have called multiple times to discuss my payment, nobody calls me back. Also, I got one of those lift recliner chairs for my father and it was broke so I had them come get it.
They told me it would be done in a week and will be returned.
I have called them and supposedly the system is down and cant give me no answers. The communication is poor, this is with the magic rent to own in Lebanon PA.

I ordered the Majik Buzzer Beater Over the Door Hanging Mini Basketball Hoop for Indoor Use. This item has a pin that broke causing the hoop to not lower, thus, not being usable.
Please advise how to receive a replacement, as the 30 day period has expired, and I have been advised by Amazon through which the purchase was made to contact you, as the manufacturer. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Technical issue
was a Roach infestation in my last apartment they damaged the motherboard in my speaker sound bar Tv stand system the majik wont replace it since this has happened and this is most definitely a technical issue thats out of our control we need either part of the money back we spent or a new TV stand sound bar system

I have been renting items through this company for at least a couple of years now. A week ago, due to a federal holiday on Monday, I had asked to make my weekly payment on Friday and had explained that it was because my paycheck would not be deposited into my account until Friday, as a result of the federal holiday Monday.
I was told that if I made the payment on Friday and not on Wednesday, that a late fee would be applied to my account, which would result in having to pay over $400. I made the payment as scheduled, and it over drafted my bank account a substantial amount, which in turn caused my bank to think that someone stole my debit card and froze my account. When I went to make my weekly payment this week, I found out that my bank account was frozen, and have not yet been able to make my weekly payment. There have been zero attempts by the Lebanon office to make things right; in fact, they sent me a text this morning stating that now the payment is late.
In addition, I was originally told that there was a one-day grace period to make payments, before a late fee was charged.
A couple of weeks ago, I was told that all my payments have been made late, although they have been paid within the grace period.
I have been being treated very poorly as of late by the people in the Lebanon store, and I suspect it is a racial thing: I look white, although I am part Hispanic. I don't know why this abrupt change has come about, if it isn't racism.
I am extremely disappointed to be treated this way, and as soon as all my accounts are paid off, I will NOT rent anything else through Majik rent to own.
In fact, I will let my friends and family know about my experience with this company.

I missed one payment after renting from them almost two years. Every single day they hide up the road or back in by the side of my house where I can't see them and then wait for me to come out of my house.
They will sit here and I video recorded over 45 minutes.
Over one missed payment? O not rent from here

Majik - Customer Service Review
I am getting very irritated with every time I speak with an associate it is always a different amount owed
or you dicuss a
commitment and they
say it will be okay one
week and then you call
to confirm and guess
what it is doucumeted
completely different
then discussed. They
have not sent out my
receipts as asked. I
have brought this to
their attention firmly
many times. Another thing is the always change there time frame of how far apart payments can be or that they can not except anything but a 7 day payment. I am regret doing buisness with them only a few payments left then never again!!! I feel like they use intimidation tatics. I have always made payment or made payment arrangements when I was off due to surgery. I have rented other things from them in the past and had no Issues. It just seems its been in the last year the customer service is lacking.
Made payments, employees pocketed payments
I was givin phony reciepts, no help from mangement the associates are clueless. I have rented from other rent to own stores and never had any problems , the store manager rob tries intimidation tactics to get what he wants, my lawyer is drafting a letter to the states attorney general as well as the b.b.b
The store is also very dirty inside especially the rest room,
Also if you go in planning to get a new item that's what you pay for but you actuall.y get a used item that they already ripped someone off for, see you in court
Majik Rent To Own
I got a PS3 bundle from Majik Rent To Own. The associate told me I had 6 months to pay it off therefore I set up a monthly payment amount that would pay off the merchandise by the "same as cash date".
About 3 months into making payments I called to verify that I was on track. I found out then that I supposedly only had 3 months to pay it off and I has passed the "same as cash date". Now they are trying to charge me 3x more than what was initially agreed upon. I have called several times frustrated and each time I get a different story as to what I owe and the time frame of when it will be completely paid off.
I even spoke to the store manager and truly that was no help! None the less I am a customer who makes on time payments every month. I sent a complaint to the BBB and have yet to receive a response from Majik.
I will NEVER rent to own anything ever again! Lesson learned!

Majik Rent to own is just as crooked as a thief in the streets. They are also very unprofessional and dishonest.
I will continually contact the BBB and other places that offer help for consumers to get them to be held accountable for their rude and unlawful actions. I will place a do not rent from or do business with Majik on all social media sites.
Until these mistakes and issues have been resolved. As for now I am Anti-Majik!!!!!
