took my iPhone for battery replacement, when they put it back together the home button didn't work, didn't even try to resolve, just said its not his fault and still charged me half the cost, and now i have a useless iPhone.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
Wrecked my laptop
took laptop for charging pin repair,told 3 days ,3 wks 8 phone calls,3 visits later got a repaired charging pin, but was told motherboard had to be replaced.Told it wasn't working when they received it.However have paper work that they destroyed it.
Bad service cheaper product then what I paid for
I told my iPad to them to put on screen cover and buy a case. The cover was bubbled, she said just go home and work on it, whenever I put on case it got worse.
When I got the case they sold me it only came in blue, I didn't want blue but took it. I finally went back to see what they could do. I got made to feel it was all my fault. He finally put a new glass on it, then went on to say the case was the wrong one.
Got another cheaper case in blue ugh. I said the case is not as good. To be told it was.
The case has totally fallen apart, I am so angry. I will never shop there again, they need to be put out of business.

We should put out complaints together as I am currently working with a lawyer to deal with them. Brought in my note4 with a broken screen, gave the 200 bucks (cash of course cause Mena said cash is better) and they replaced the screen but the note pen still didnt work.
I called the very next day, was told they would fix it but I needed to wait until they were going to their distributor who is out in mississauga. Thie went on for WEEKS, they told me they would not make a special trip out there because of time and gas, they would be making no money off the 200 I paid for them to fix the screen. Who's problem is that? you were paid to provide a service that you did not complete.
The failure falls on you, not the customer. When I told them I was seeking legal counsel they said they have tried to work with me to get it fixed just things were coming up. BULL. One time Mena did offer to come to my work to pick up the phone to bring it to her guy in mississauga and she would call when she was on her way.
The call never came. So I called her later that afternoon. Her excuse this time was the guy that was supposed to come cover her at the store was sick. So would you not think that warrants a phone call to the person you are trying to get to ?
Very Unprofessional people, and they were told by me that Im going to work with a lawyer and they shrugged it off. I am also in touch with the BBB and have printed off all the complaints about them on MULTIPLE sites.
I have also mentioned that I was told specifically to pay cash, and that does not look good on them to the government. Why are you not keeping proper record of your income?
Battery replace
I went to Majestic Communication in Oshawa, Five Points Mall about one month ago to replace iPhone 4s battery. Paid cash $35 without the receipt, the associate told me that I have 14 days warranty on that battery.
I brought it home and charged it per directions given by a girl who was working there but the phone was not working properly right away. The battery still last not long, had to charge my phone twice a day. So went back to the store and they change again the battery and the guy told me that he will gave me money back if it doesn’t work within 14 days. They said I have 14 days warranty on that new battery.
So I give it a try, again no change and the battery still didn’t last long and again had to charge my phone twice a day. Almost month passed and nothing change, still have the same problem my phone didn’t get fixed like they promised. I called the store and a guy told me to come in so they will return my money. I went to the store they took the battery of from my phone and tried to give me my iPhone back without the battery and pay me back $35.
I brought my phone to fix with apple battery that worked the same as the battery they replaced, I was so disappointed on their service, when I told a girl that was not right she said that they will gave me different battery and if it doesn’t work she doesn’t care. I waited for the manager or the owner to come to the store, he ignored me he didn’t even let me finished my one sentence, he walk away from me like I didn’t exist. I have never experienced anything like that in my life; they were very rude to me. I went to another shop and they identified Majestik Communication for using very chip batteries from China, which with insufficient output voltage due to low, low quality.
I happen to know the "no refund or exchange" policies are voided for sub-standard workmanship or parts for exactly not to want to deal with costumers that are not happy with their service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; they are so nice to you when you come to the store to get your money as soon as they take it they don’t care about their costumers. It is worth to spend some more money and get perfect product and be happy.
Please avoid this place!!!!!
Ruined my iPhone
They made my iPhone 5S unusable and will not correct the problem...I spent over $200 in repairs with them (some I didn't even need) and now my phone is in worse shape then when I brought it in. The owner ZANE will not respond to my concerns through email or voicemail.
I have contact an attorney and he is currently advising me.
I will update everyone once I have some kind of resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY!!!!

Lindsay Mall Majestic sold me a used battery and made it look like it was new out of the package. I will never ever shop here again. I will encourage my friends to stay away as well.
Battery Review
Bought a battery and had my phone cleared. Got home and phone was still messed up and battery was no good!
Majestik replaced failed iPhone 5 battery with a cheap battery that couldn't work the cpu
Daughter paid $50 to the Oshawa store to replace her iPhone 5 battery. She took it home and charged it per directions but it was not operating properly right away.
Failed to load or run apps, erratic % battery readings. She went back to Majestik and the sales person would not listen to the problem or look at the phone. He yelled at her that she "knows nothing" and she "needs a new power cord". "No refund or exchange".
We took it to another shop and they identified that Majestik is know for using cheap batteries. We paid them to have the new battery replaced and the phone worked immediately. Sure enough the Majestic supplied battery is a cheap Chinese battery with insufficient output voltage due to low, low quality. I happen to know the "no refund or exchange" policies are voided for sub-standard workmanship or parts so I'm off to talk to them.
Bet they won't make me upset! I would recommend HiTech communications instead.
Ruined insides of iPhone 5
My daughter's cell phone suffered slight water damage (it was not submerged).
I wanted to take it somewhere local to see if it can be fixed.
So I took it to Majestik Communications which have several locations located in Scarborough, Whitby, Oshawa and Lindsay.
It took 3 weeks for them to open it up and determine that it could not be fixed. I phoned them repeatedly inquiring about our phone only to be told they'd call back later, which they didn't. It cost me $28 + to be told can't fix.
I had a bad intuition in the pit of my stomach. So I made an appt at the closest Apple Store. They were able to tell me in 10 min that it can't be fixed. But they told me something else!!!
"The inside wires etc were damaged!!! And that they didn't have the right tools to take it apart."
I felt like kicking myself in the butt for taking it there.
Please Don't use this company for anything. It's not worth your time or more damage to your cell phone.
