Cannot call a rep to get a return shipping address

Hello, My order # is M85600**** and I need to return the snow jacket and bibs as the jacket is narrow and the bibs are huge. Neither fit my granddaughter who is 7.

I had the order shipped to my son's address, which is: Travis Caples, 6268 Yarrow Street, Arvada, Co. 80004, as you do not ship to Alaska. He paid 32.00 to have it forwarded to me in Alaska. Now I need your 'product returns' mailing address, and also packing slip to include with the set.

My son did not save it. Can you please email the return invoice to me at:

No phone number to be able to talk to a human representative

Then the name of the email a customer has to respond to if they have a question about the merchandise or have a concern. Really Maisonette!

So frickin arrogant. Pissedconsumer.com???

I was not pissed in the beginning, just needed to have a simple question answered but now I can hardly tolerate buying from your company.Dont buy from arrogant company.

Horrible company

Paid for express expedited shipping and the package took a week. It was supposed to take 1-2 days.

Still hasn't arrived. I want my shipping money refunded. I have sent two emails, haven't heard back.

Tried calling, can't speak to anyone. Terrible customer service.

They got the address wrong, and even then it wasn't delivered to that address. They have not responded to emails, and they don't seem to accept phone calls.

My order will not go thru

I made several attempts to place and order and it would not go thru. Tried both my desktop and iPad.

I would have placed the order by phone, but there is no customer service number to call. This is very frustrating, so I missed the 15% discount. I tried placing same order the following day and after a couple of attempts it finely went thru.

I dont understand why there is no contact phone number. In the future I will order from another store that I can contact if I have an issue.
