We are pay for the Mantenance Fee already ,this should cover the security ,clearing deris .Therefore why do Smas have to ask us to pay $50 RM .Moreover I hear that one of the owner actually complian that the developer contractor workers *** in their toilet ,if u say this fee is for security then why is this happening and more over why this is not state in the contact .Even it is subject to external audit how do we as residents know Wat it is use for the condo maintenace or residents monies Then wat happen to the maintace fee why had the money gone to ?I went ask theirs condo developer none of say they have this fee.so i think this should be bear by the developer and not by the residents staying in Smas . If there is a need i could get the residents staying there sign to this complain letter .I dont think it is right to have this fee . Regards Amos and the residents of Smas

God please stay away from them. I am currently with them, and all I can say is stay away. I had to sign a non-solicit clause, which cover some other legal aspects. So because of this legal document I signed I am not sure what I can share. But stay away from them. I will put it like this. You have to pay money to make them money. And before you pay them money while going through the interview process, askt them these questions. Since I am about to pay money to work for you, are you going to: provide leads? provide business cards? what other things am I going to have to pay for? what is the pricing of some of the light bulbs I am to sell? Also, call around some hospitals and big industries in their area and see if they use them for lights. Stay away.
