Not happy with last delivery and quality

Hi i have used mainline menswear and been very happy ,i had a delivery yesterday from mainline menswear of boss shorts and t-shirt set and 3 Ralph Lauren t-shirt and the quality is not very good

Order never received

Mainline Menswear - Order never received

Ordered a Christmas present from them. Courier was royal mail!

They say they delivered it to another street, picture of a thumb or finger over the lense!GPS gives this other address , proof it was delivered to the correct address! Customer service is non existent on this company as they refuse to refund as they have to put in a claim to the courier first!

Courier saying they won't honour the claim as they delivered! DONT USE this company if you want your stuff or something similar to customer service!

Mainline Menswear - My parcel

I had a delivery form mainline an a T shirt that was too big so iv got royal mail to pick the parcel up an now its lost so iv had to contact royal mail customer service an they emailed me a letter to send to mainline to get my money back an nothing is being done it coz me -£50 an that is a lot of money to me

Lost parcel no refund 7 weeks later now being ignored.

My parcel from Mainline Menswear was firstly due on and paid for a next day delivery which it wasn't , it was then left in my recycling bin (which was in fact out for collection to be emptied ) their driver from their delivery firm DPD deeming this a safe place to leave my parcel!! This happened on the 22nd December and was a Christmas gift.

My bin was emptied with the parcel inside ! It is now February and I still haven't received my refund or a replacement item. Instead I have been expected to wait over 6 almost 7 weeks with no resolution. To have my emails ignored now on two separate occasions by mainlines menswear and my claim of no goods received via Clearpay also ignored and not even responded to.

Company now blocking me and deleting any negative review I leave on their socail media pages!

Not exactly the actions of an innocent company .. just Shocking !!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Placed an order for a top which showed as size 4 large on their website, but was actually a size 4 medium when it arrived, so immediately ordered a size 5 Extra large (which arrived as a size 5 large!)

Returned the smaller medium which hadnt even been opened and they refused the refund as they said it has been worn and smelt of aftershave! Strange as wasnt opened by me or even been tried on!

Shocking customer service and would never buy from again!
