Placed an order for a top which showed as size 4 large on their website, but was actually a size 4 medium when it arrived, so immediately ordered a size 5 Extra large (which arrived as a size 5 large!) Returned the smaller medium which hadnt even been opened and they refused the refund as they said it has been worn and smelt of aftershave! Strange as wasnt opened by me or even been tried on! Shocking customer service and would never buy from again! User's recommendation: Don’t use.
