The room was not clean. Carpet filthy and smelled like smoke and wet dog!
Door would not close. Water would not work in sink. Sink clogged and rust on all appliances.

Unacceptable conditions and should be condemned
Our room was so nasty and filthy. I have pictures and the smell was horrendous.
We complained and was given a worse room. We can not stay at this resort and need a full refund.

The hotel tried to charge me an extra fee that was never included in my reservations, so I told him I was not paying a fee that was not included. So I would like my refund for somewhere I didn't stay.
They even refunded our hold immediately because we left. That's the proof and manager's name
