Not honoring contract created at olathe, ks location for split tables for birthday 3/03
Contract split table 14 guests their solution to accommodate more than the 10. Called to confirm around 3pm on 3/01 and add 2 more for total of 16.
We were then told by Taylor they cant guarantee tables behind bowling alley. That private room would be additional 300 and was available. My husband spoke to manager and was told the same thing. We were told Rachel wasnt there so didnt know.
Even though it is on the contract. We wouldnt have invited as many had we known this.

Preferred solution: I’m looking for a reasonable solution and them to uphold their end of contract at a minimum. Apology would be great but probably would be sincere.

visited the main event in Alpharetta ga yesterday evening and had very poor customer service and and I also had a blowing lane and had no kind of service I had to walk up to the bar to place a order and the drinks was triableI had to return to the bar to get someone to get Oder out to me. It had also been sitting in the window and when we it to the table my order was was cold and they messed the other order up I asked the young lady what they put on the ticket and it was bone in wings and they gave us boneless so I asked for a replacement of the right wing she said okay I waited for about 20 minutes and a guy came to the table and Im giving you a refund kitchen just closed I stated I asked for right order that was posted to be remade he said it closed and no one came to check to see if we needed anything or ask if we was okay it was only 8 to ten people there besides the workers it was a very bad experience and the employees just dont want to work seems like

Total scam/I was lied to
It is an absolute scam if you are trying to have a birthday party!!! Paid over $400 for the gamer unlimited and upon booking said nothing about not awarding points that you accumulate when playing.
When you go to see the balance it says ZERO. Get the manager and he said unfortunately it is in very small print on your contract that the cards do not accumulate points but says we cant control what corporate puts on the website but we put what we want in the contract. Which the website says NOTHING about not awarding points during play time. Um what so you are doing the opposite of what your website says and tricking people, yes.
NEVER again will I come back (which by the way this was our first time) nor will we recommend this place to anyone. HORRIBLE management and next is calling corporate to get money back! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not book parties here!
Oh and by the way the manager was THOMAS and all he kept saying was I dont have control over any reimbursements. Which he knew he did!!!
Dismissed my communication attempts, unprofessional communication
Still no call and I still cannot reach anyone at corporate
When I visited the establishment on Friday, they declined due to needing a three-day notice, even though I wanted the party on Sunday. The staffs nonchalant attitude despite showing proof of my attempts was frustrating. They dismissed the mistake and suggested I shouldve visited earlier. Despite my busy life as a single mom with multiple responsibilities, their judgmental remarks were uncalled for.
I tried calling corporate, but after multiple holds and disconnections, I couldnt get through. Their lack of communication prompted this visit.
Their unprofessionalism and refusal to rectify the situation are disappointing and unacceptable. My childrens birthday celebration was adversely affected, leading me to consider sharing this on the Better Business Bureau platform.

I contact main event a week ago and then again this week to schedule my kids bday party No one called me emailed or anything. I got off work early today to go and book it and they said it was too late because they needed three days and today is Friday and I wanted it for Sunday.
So now my babies will not have a birthday party thank you for your inconvenience inconsiderate and *** poor customer service. This establishment just opened and you guys are sorry as ***
