Impossible to get a phone number with regards to logging into a yahoo mail account

Mailboxes.com - Incomplete Order and No Action

We received a mailbox and post as an anniversary gift. When we received the packages, there wasn't any mounting material included.

After my initial confusion, I figured it was a mistake a contacted the company. They explained that the mounting material was not included, even though the installation instructions clearly state that the material IS included. They have given us the run around for a while now.

I will have to contact the relative that gave us this gift and explain that I am fighting for a refund on their behalf. This is certain to upset them as well.
