I cannot believe i would be charged $5 for customer service that did not work. Now I am out 238$ for shipping and 5$ for customer service. What a bunch of international criminals!

I tried to check that after I authorized a $238 charge for shipping wine from Italy was proceeding, I was directed to pay $5 by the customer chatbot to proceed with my inquiry. After paying the $5, I was transferred to a legal service website .
I am now out a total of $243 from Mail Boxes Etc.
and most likely will not receive my wine shipment.
