Our new home was clean, but we wanted a deep clean done before moving in. We specifically asked for the toilet tanks to be bleached due to mold and we were assured all cabinets, appliances & tops of shelves would be cleaned inside and out, windows, cobwebs & dusting from floor to ceiling, etc. We paid $500 for the deep clean and most of the work was not done. Other than the inside of the toilets and showers, everything looked the same. I complained and informed her I would be writing a negative review. She said I was threatening her with a negative review. There was no threat, only notification that a negative review would be posted. The pictures posted are proof that the work was not completed.
