Sent the wrong order and Will not refund
Did not send the right order,, I orded 2 items for $47.90 US, and they sent something els not worth a $1 and Will not refund , even know the description on page did not match what was sent. do not buy anything from this company.

They are a scam company
Overcharged my card and gave me a fraudulent product. Not at all what I ordered and they wont refund me. Avoid this scam site and its sister scam sites.

False advertising, dead end customer service, no resolution, overcharge. Incomplete order.
One model was pictured and advertised at a sale price. I was overcharged 40% of the cost.
The kit was not what was pictured or described. The single piece of paper that came with the kit noted assembly instructions, parts, parts list and helpful hints for assembly, none of which were with the parcel. I photographed the contents and through 2 months and 32 emails I was finally given a $4 refund(cost $42, org.$29.99) and instructions to go to their webpage where the same incorrect model was advertised. So to sum it up.
I have a model kit with numerous missing parts, no assembly instructions and isnt even the kit that Ive been referred back to.
I was also told to look around YouTube.maybe theres a video. Overall bummed and frustrated.

Bad customer service and product is not functional
I ordered a 7-in-1 Roulette spinner. I received it in good time, but the product is only half functional at best.
Upon reaching out to their customer service I was advised that I got the product I ordered and doing some of my own procedures I could fix the product.
When I asked what would they suggest I do to fix the product they had no advise and just state that I had received what I had ordered and that quality control says it works as intended. They then went on to tell me I can send it back but it would be at a great cost to me and offered me less than 10% of the initial cost back for the issue

I saw an add with a very cool hard back book of shadows with lots of detail and pages of the Halliwell sisters. What I received was nothing like what I ordered.
I got a magazine with *** print outs and pages missing that were advertised.
I contacted maha-fairytale for a return or refund and was flat out refused even with pictures showing what I received was not what I ordered. Stay away from these scammers.

Didn't get what I ordered
I ordered the dragon eye dice after there very cool ad on Facebook. Took over two months to get the product and wasn't even close to what I saw. Complete ripoff

Ordered dice on their website. After 2 months they hadn't arrived.
Tracking website provided stopped updating after 2 weeks. All responses from costumer support dance around how to get a refund or even answers.
Website says to call customer support to get a refund but when asked they say they don't have a support number. Terrible company.

Scammed by company
Ordered dragon eye dice from them. Product shown, the eye moved and was good quality.
Recieved a sub par dice, not what advertised. Eye didn't move, cheaply made.
When contacted seller, they said we're sorry, but we sent the right product, and that's all. Definitely a scam site.
