Terrible service, no feedback or response to the query raised.They need to refund me.
NOTHING WAS DONE TO SETTLE THE MATTER. WE TRIED AGAIN TONIGHT TO ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT.
Apparently a PIN was sent to my gmail account, bu it still has not reached me.
There no option for a password, only the PIN, which simply never is received. Kindly pay attention to this matter.Wilma
I bought my son a gold subscription to Magzter in December 2023. He is unable to activate the account. There are no clear guidelines on how to deal with a gift subscription.

I have tried to access your web site to update my credit card but was unsucessful, please call me for the update. I am 77 and not computer savvy and there is nowhere to enter my new card
