Terrible service, no feedback or response to the query raised.They need to refund me.

I bought my son a gold subscription to Magzter in December 2023. He is unable to activate the account. There are no clear guidelines on how to deal with a gift subscription.

could not login for many days, choose "forgot password", but never get any reply.

Update Credit card

I have tried to access your web site to update my credit card but was unsucessful, please call me for the update. I am 77 and not computer savvy and there is nowhere to enter my new card

I always can read in the app, but is almost a week that I can not open my app in the I phone and I pad, its not Apple fa, Ive alert talk to them, am try to contact Magzter for a week but its imposible, there no way to contact with them, and thanks to you guys I hope I can contact then, I hope they can help me
