Good selection, snooty neighborhood
Clerk at Magruders connecticut avenue dc did not like the veggies in plastic bags. Area full of conformists with mask paranoia.
Even on sidewalks people walk by you using the grass to stay 6 feet way. The store prices (veggie side) are awesome and the layout is immaculate. But service is kind of cold or indifferent. Thats not very nice for some elderly.
Then they now use only one door for Connecticut so you have to walk through the liquor section. Thats the warm or hot side. Lots of premium liquor and a deli but I dont drink.
They are all hail come merry on that side.That side the clerks are bluenun and the cold side the clerks are eggplant.They should lighten up. Its about compassion not just following rules!

Clerk.does not like the veggies in plastic bags. Since COVID this area full of conformists switched over to mask paranoia.
