Questions about a purchase of H&H with Magnolia candle
A candle that was suppose to be scented(Zest), it has no scent. The container is attractive but its disappointing and confusing to pick out a scented candle and get just a candle.

Bought something at magnolia table. Opened packaged box to find it was defective. Need help.
Box of item I wanted was given to me from behind the counter, taped shut. I didnt open til I flew home.
When I opened I see there is a defect in the item.
Wondering if you would replace it. There was a bubble in the glass and so it is cracked with a slightly sharp edge.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
It was a question about a product...and my attempts to communicate were ignored.
They have had a standing plant stand available for a couple years. My DIL has one and I wanted one, also.
Shopping the last 3/4 year showed it discontinued but suddenly another one is available..very, very similar to the one discontinued. I needed to know if it was the same one or different, and if so...how. I sent several emails that were ignored.
I connected with Pissedconsumer and Magnolia
promptly sent an email regarding my question and it has been successfully answered. Thank you.

Ordered and paid for a gift subscription. It didn’t arrive. They eventually refunded my money. I tried to reorder. Found that Magnolia Journal has no tie to Magnolia Market. Customer Service is HORRI.
Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Cant talk to anybody at the Market voicemail rolls over to Journal.
Journal people are quick to tell you they have nothing to do with Market. Terribly frustrating, no-win. Its really bad.
I expected more from the Gaines products and services. Quite disappointing.

Couldn’t change address on line
I could change street number and name, zip code, city but not on he state. I also had to go through 4 phone numbers to find the right place to call , once I found the right customer service it was great and the matter resolved. My address is now changed and I dont need to worry about getting my order.

I PD. DRIVER CHECK-COLLECT AND HERE A WEEK OR SO LATER I RECEIVE A BILL STATING I OWE FOR LIFT-GATE SERVICE CHARGE, AND THERE WAS NO LIFT-GATE USED FOR DELIVERY??
I, THE OWNER, HELPED THE DRIVER UNLOAD MATERIAL, AND WE UNLOADED EVERYTHING BY HAND.
THANKS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION ON THIS MATTER. I DON'T REALLY FEEL LIKE I OWE FOR THIS EXTRA CHARGE BECAUSE NO LIFT-GATE WAS USED!!
