Magnolia Bird Farm

Magnolia Environmental Septic System replace a sprinkler head at no charge. It was spraying in one direction and he said it needed replaced because he could not adjust it to spray in a different direction. He replaced it with a used sprinkler head at no charge.

A week later my septic pump went out. He gave me a verbal price quote. A couple days later after he changed it the upped the price by $100.00.

I paid him what he originally quoted me. He left mad.

Later I found the sprinkler head he replace looked like a gusher. I called another company and was told that the sprinkler head was gone and the part that the sprinkler head screws into was broke off. Looked like someone raised the sprinkler head and kicked it off.
