After 30+ Emails and 32 days I got a full refund. It was exhausting.
I ordered 2 - 'Giant Electronic Mystery Boxes' for $89.95 the Advertisement explained that I would receive $1299.99 in discontinued electronics from their warehouse. Catch is, I can't choose items.
I received a small envelope with a pair of headphones and a selfie stick worth less than $20 on Amazon. I emailed customer service multiple times about the error. I ordered 2 Giant boxes, not a small envelope. They will only offer me a 50% refund, or I could pay to ship the merchandise back to a warehouse in China for $26.
I explained that I didn't receive my order as agreed upon purchase and they refuse to send the full order. Only offers discount.
