Best and quickest way to clean slab kitchen doors
- - Matte slab grey doors are hard to clean and fingerprints are visible on matte finish.
- - They may replace 14 doors and 3 drawer fronts; cost is a concern.
I was very happy with my kitchens appearance when it was installed but the slab matte grey doors are driving me crazy at having to clean them every day Soap and water only works about 25% of the time and I resort to glass cleaner. There is only myself and my husband at home and we are in our 70, and I am not the world's most prolific cook, and fry I frequently.
I rue the day I chose them and wish I had chosen shaker doors like the kitchen I left at our last house as the woodgrain effect didn't show fingerprints easily. I chose matte slab because they were more up to date and was told matte marked less than gloss. I hate them and am so desperate, that I am thinking of changing them, as I will never need another kitchen at my age and will not be moving again.
An expense I had never bargained on at my age. I would be grateful for your comments and advice, and advice of how much it would cost approximately to replace 14 doors and 3 draw fronts.
