Charged shipping twice

I initially placed an order containing 4 items. As soon as I submitted the order (before it went through), I was offered to buy 1 item for $4.99 and the system didnt say anything about shipping for that added item which led me to believe that the extra 1 item was being added to the original order for the extra $4.99 for the sale item and it would be packed and shipped along with that main order.

It turned out it was not the case and when I selected an item and accepted the offer for the 1 item for $4.99, it had gone through with the original order at that same time. Then I received an email and a credit card charge of 2 orders (which is fine) but the 2nd order with the 1 item for $4.99 had a shipping charge on it and I was already charged that same shipping charge for the first order. I dont feel I should pay for 2 equal $15 shipping charges especially since the 2nd order stemmed from an extra upsell item offer from a first order which only went through after that 2nd item offer was accepted and selected. The item was added to the 1st order and it went through.

It turned out that the second item was packed and shipped in the same box along with the same tracking number as the first order. Why am I paying twice for shipping.

Same thing here .. Ordered 2 bras for my wife with $4.99 shipping.

I selected the "add-on bra". 2 order emails received. One for the 2 bras I ordered and now the shipping jumped to $14.95 and a second one for the extra .. also with shipping for $14.95.

I received some generic email trying to explain the extra charges which I replied to and asked them to cancel.

No response to that. Do not buy from this web site ..

The same thing happened to me with this company. Trying to get in touch with them is a joke, my question is, Can anyone tell me if they ever received their orders from them? If so, obviously I will just take the loss of all the extra money they took, but I am not about to be assed out on everything and not even receive my order.
