My payment was accidentally doubled. I encountered an error at first attempt and the attempt was successful.
After checking my gcash transactions, both attempts went through. According to the gcash staff, I should contact the Biller regarding this matter. The magic pay. According to Magic Pay Philippines, the pay directly goes to the main branch which is located abroad.
How can I ask for my refund, plesse? Thank you

I wanted to share my positive experience with magicpay merchant services.
I have spoken with very knowledgeable representative that understood my situation.
I run a credit repair business and I was trying to get a merchant account for the last 2 1/2 months.
I contacted magic pay and within a matter of one week after submitting my paperwork I have received my approval letter in the email.
I would recommend to use them for high risk merchant account.
I got from them a virtual terminal and a recurring billing system. They explained me that because of my industry type There are very few banks that process payments for credit repair, which made sense considering I was declined a few times before.
They did training for me and everything is working!

I am happy with my account
I run a food truck business in Boynton Beach, FL and was looking for a local representative that can assist in getting a mobile terminal. The agent was nice and responsive, the account was setup in a couple of days and the card reader arrived relatively quickly (I think 5 days).
The app is pretty easy and self explanatory to use. The online backend works very good to view reports, however, sometimes if I leave it open for a while it logs me out automatically.
Also, the mobile terminal does not have a receipt printer because it is hooked up to my phone. They offered a wireless terminal for additional $350 that has a printer, but I think I can manage without it for now.

MagicPay explained to me that they are not related to MGCPays.com Which makes sense, they are based in USA. MGCPays is apparently using their name and this is causing consumer confusion. MGCPays.com is the company in the Philippines.
