Placed my order in October 2020 and haven't received any word from the company. I have put in a request for myself to be contacted and haven't received anything! Please avoid this site at all costs and do not spend your money here. It is a waste of time and money and they should not be trusted as a company. As an avid Harry Potter fan, I was so excited to receive my own wand based on my Pottermore profile, but obviously it was too good to be true.

Scammed

3 years later and I still never got a response back hah!! I ordered a wand back in 2017 for my sister. It was taking longer than expected so I emailed them to which they advised there was weather problems but would be getting it out soon. Followed up again a few weeks later and the just ghosted me. Don't buy from here!! You'll never get your product!

Paid $80+ for a wand and have been waiting for quite a few months and no responses to emails inquiring about said product. Pretty sure by the rest of the reviews they are a scam. Don't bother with this "Company".

I wish I had investigated this vendor before placing an order. I did not receive any response when I inquired about an omission. Now I find there are multiple complaints about the same issue. Paid for but product never delivered. As well as no response from attempts to contact. Well, Buyer beware! My fault, I didn't do my homework. It won't happen again.

It has been a year since I ordered. I still have no wand. They do not answer emails in a timely manner (if at all). The excuse is that their daughter it's responsible for emails and she is in college. During this year they updated their web page but did not mention being a year behind production. They have not stopped taking orders either. That is very unethical business practice.

I ordered two (standard) wands in September. It's June now and I have not yet received my order. I sent multiple follow-up emails to remind them. My last email asked for a refund, but I have not received a reply. I do not recommend this company.

Complete SCAM

They always told me it was coming and was on back order. I finally decided to ask for a refund. They responded immediately saying they can add additional items to my order and just charge my invoice. I stated no thank you I would just like a refund since it has been over 6 months and they blocked my email. Guess I am out 50 dollars

Ignored For Half A Year After Paying $70+

Any fans of Harry Potter universe has always wanted their own wands, right? Well the first website to come up will be Magical Alley Master WandMakers, and at first glance this is an awesome website. And I understand that they are a home run business, so being busy and taking time to make the wands (with your choice of core might I add) will take a good chunk of time. But if the customer asks maybe five or six months down the line about the status of their wand(s) and get no answer, that customer will get worried then probably upset. If you can sit down and play on social media and work on new products for the website and even remodel the website and do cosmetic changes to the website, you can sit your *** down and message your customers. It should not take a customer going to all social media and even review websites talking about the *** experience they had to get your attention. All I needed was a message saying you got you got any of my multiple emails and I would still be a happy little customer. But I'm pissed and you won't even give me my refund. Maybe there is a reason you don't have reviews activated on your social media...
