Rude staff
Very rude people my son was not to happy word of advice don't take your kids there my son was unattended for a while after we left he told me the girls back there were using bad words not professional when I called to speak with the manager I was sent to voice mail I never received a call back I know they were not to happy with me from all the comments and eye rolling but to be honest I really don't care I'm writing this review to warn others stay away bad place bad service bad people just bad in general

Horrible service
my daughter was having pain in her teeth so I took her to magic smiles I thought it would be easy but it was not they said that she's going to need some fillings but she would not stay stillI was told it would have to give her some juice so that she can sleep in order for the work to be done but before that it had to be sent to my insurance to be approved that was 3 months ago I've called various times and I keep getting the run around and no one is letting me know what's going on I finally took my daughter to another dental office to my surprise they were able to get the dental work done in one week not 3 months I will not be taking my daughter back to magic smile it was a bad experience there is no seats it took a long time to be seen the bathroom was dirty and nasty and the workers there just did not seem too happy
Not a good place bad work Tooth Doctor for kids way better ho there

Ive been going to this dental office for sometime now always had a good experience until recently. Not very happy with the service anymore lots of new faces not very comfortable with the new staff seems as if they do not know what they are talking about and the new office manager was very rude not to mention the bad odor of cigarette smoke.
I will never go to this dentist again the new place even lets me go back with my kids. Word of advice find another dentist office.
