Stole my money

Have Had 10 people stating 10 different things. Been requesting my money for 3 weeks. Highly doubt I will get it. They keep you going around and around. Write off your money

I have closed my account and am waiting for my remaining balance to be transferred back to me but needed to provide documentation. I have now emailed my documentation several times and received no response. I have also sent several messages asking for confirmation of what email address to send my documentation to and received no response. I am now extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service I am receiving and I am considering taking further action if I don't hear back soon. Feel like I'm just getting the run around so they don't have to pay me.
