Casino did not set deposit limit as agreed
Magic Red agreed to set a deposit limit on my account. I surpassed this limit and requested a refund of the amount I surpassed.
They told me I had won money and was not entitled to any refund, and they had even sent me an email saying yes, there was a limit set, but as you have won money, we see no grounds for a refund. This is completely unfair and unacceptable as it's irrelevant to what I won. The rules and regulations should still be imposed for their customers. People put limits on their accounts to protect themselves, not to give it all back.
I have reviewed Trustpilot, and they asked me to get in contact. As expected, there was no reply!

Payouts was rigged
I put £10 on a number it came in and they only payed me back £20 what a joke. And also i credit £100 it got declined even the money was taking from my bank.. its impossible to get in contact with them already tried!

I've made a deposit and never got my credit my bank was charged tho
My bank was charged of 294£ and never got any credit this is the second time to happen this is fraud

Can't make contact to access my money
I am a customer in UK and I have money that I need to withdraw from magicred and I have no contact with them as the site seems to have completely closed down!

Hi I tried to join magic Red and got confused so tried to take my deposit back and now it won't let me back in and no deposit back yet

Withdrawal
I have closed my account and am waiting for my remaining balance to be transferred back to me but needed to provide documentation. I have now emailed my documentation several times and received no response.
I have also sent several messages asking for confirmation of what email address to send my documentation to and received no response.
I am now extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service I am receiving and I am considering taking further action if I don't hear back soon. Feel like I'm just getting the run around so they don't have to pay me.
