Wrong address
I ordered a part and somehow my adress was my work address not my home. The very pleasant phone operator got me straightened out quickly, efficiently and politely.Magic Massage
No Customer Support - Buyer Beware!!
We spent over $4,000 on a Magic Massage Chair 4 years ago. The remote won't work so the chair doesn't work.
They have NO customer service unless you are under warranty and they won't help you and refer you to anyone. Kimberly told me to Google it! Unbelievable.
The sales person hung up on me because I was frustrated that I could talk to anyone for advice. I tried to call back but she wouldn't pick up.
They referred me to a furniture repair company that only repaired fabric.
How can you sell an expensive piece of equipment and not have ANY customer service after the warranty is done. I would be willing to pay for someone to fix it and at least be given the name of a company that does fix them.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
Good Review
I bought a Magic Massage about 3 years ago for about $150 with the feet pad sandles. Works great over the years I have used it.
Charged it only a few times, holds power for long time.
Use it on sore tight muscles, pulled muscles and sore feet. All fine here.
All good with me.
Magic Massage Ultra Body Massager Review from Seattle, Washington
I bought a magic massage ultra at the Puyallup fair last year for 180 dollars, unit, and belt. Brand new out the box, power port out , port A never worked.
Called the card i was given, was told to send it in. Send it in! Really?? Why do i have to keep spending money to get something ive already paid for?
I do like the unit. Just wish they would send me a fully functioning unit and pay the shipping. Not to much to ask for. Just what i paid for.
Until they make it right, bad review. Never to late fellas!
I love my Magic Massage
I purchased my unit for about $300.00 at a golf show. It works well for me and my wife. I use it to relieve lower back pain when my back sometimes gives me trouble.
I wish I'd seen the lower prices on line, but it's a good product for me, and was money well spent.
I'm an Electrical Engineer, and find it to be compact and easy to use. The number of patterns, combined with the ability to set the time it is active and set approximately twenty different power levels is great.
Magic Massage Ultra Review from Berlin, Maryland
I bought my Magic Massage Ultra from the Magic Massage booth in a Dallas trade show for $400 ( Can be found on Living Social for $20 *** me).
They told me it would cure my back pain. I used it and it caused more pain than relief. I almost felt like it was electrocuting me. The following day I went back to the booth the next day and asked my sales rep Eric Klein for a refund, he told me there were no refunds because the FDA did not allow to take back FDA approved devices for refund and I was out $400. I checked the FDA website and called them and they said this company did not have any approvals and that this was a lie.
I asked again for a refund from Angel the customer service manager and they hung up on me.
I filed a formal complaint with the FDA and spoke to there compliance department. Magic Massage is now being investigated for fraud.
If anyone else has been affected feel free to contact this person and file a complaint, they will have to give you your money back:
Reynaldo.Rodriguez@***.hhs.gov
Errol.Tummings@***.hhs.gov
Thanks to my complaint i finally go a refund. MAGIC Massages is a scam
Magic Massage Ripped me off
Saw the FDA alert on magicmassageultra.com regarding the Magic Massage product not having any approvals. This sucked because I just spent over $300 with Collin Rock after he told me it was going to cure my bad neck pain.
Called the office and asked Rachel for for my money back and she hung up on me, called back again and I got cursed at by that ***. I want my $300 back. Collin, Rachel and the entire company is one big scam.
Looked online and found this. Enovative Technologies is a scam!!!
I feel humiliated and ripped off, I should have never bought the Magic Massage Ultra Combo Package.
Works for me!
So I purchased this tens unit per doctor's recommendation-I have a condition in my back spinal stenosis. This unit works very well for me I am so happy to use this instead of the medication which makes me sleepy.
Don't misunderstand me I still have to take my medication but not to the point where I am sleepy and not able to function especially at work. The only downfall I find with this unit is the number of pads you get-for someone that uses the pads consistently you need more pads than the original 4 that came with the unit.
Deceived, delays, betrayed!
I feel so *** and deceived for purchasing two magic massage units ($394.20)at the Travel Expo, Chicago, in January 2014. Being senior citizens and disabled that was a lot of money!
Due to health concerns doctor advised tens unit should be used with professional supervision. I immediately contacted them to get authorization to return unused units, within two days, all seemed pleasant but after numerous follow up email and phone calls to B.T., account manager, no resolve. I finally got thru to Brenna on the phone today, she promised to get an answer by business end today. After pursuing this for six months I got the devastating news.
" I have gone to the Accting dept with your situation and we did not receive your paperwork. It may have gotten lost in the mail. Unfortunately we have been acquired by another company and we have moved to a new location. We are no longer selling Magic Massage and all accts for that company have been closed.
I apologize for the delay I really thought that this would have been resolved by now. I apologize for being the bearer of bad news."
How nice ? And who bought them out, what to do ?
More than pissed! No where to turn:(
TENS Unit (for pain)
Purchased at Health Expo on Navy Pier, Chicago, April 2013. Paid $50.00 for "Lifetime Warranty".
Told to call and register unit when I got home to "activate warranty". Attempted this process. You have to have a serial number which none of the units have. I called 4 times and actually was yelled at by customer service/sales!
Also what was stapled to my invoice as a Business Card had no ones name or local office number on it.
Finally after 4 contentious calls and 4 promises to email my warranty, all I recieved was a copy of my original invoice with absolutely no mention of a waranty and a note that I had paid cash which I didnt. The unit worked for 3 days total!

I too was also scammed, I bought mine at the Arizona State fair from Tal and it stopped working 2 days later. I called the number on the card and was told it was wrong number and to call the Maryland headquarters, then I called them and no one picked up the phone and when they did they told me to call the Seattle office and that my unit was fake.
Basically they don't take care of there customers and give you the run around. I googled the company and saw they had FDA problems how are these people allowed to still do business?
