I purchased a dress. I returned it because the size received was wrong. I also received an email acknowledging the item was returned; however, I have never heard anything ever since.

Two dresses sent to me when I didn’t order them. Plus I refused delivery of another one exactly like the others !!! I need shipping code to return them. I won’t pay for shipping since it was o

My first order of a medium size dress was too small, so I requested a large, which I did get. But after that more and more dresses kept coming here. I need authorization to return the rest of the dresses at their expense !!!

Unresponsive Customet Service

Initiated return online and asked for refund but received gift card. Tried to get in touch numerous times via chat and email.

No response

Also ordered dress and when i realized i within a hour that i would not get a refund on first dress, canceled. Tried to reach cust service again before order was fulfilled.

I was still charged for dress. Non-existent customer service.

I have been writing trying to get a label to return my order

It has been very frustrating not being able to call to speak to a representative and not getting any responses to email messages.

I think all companies should have a number that customers can speak to a live representative if needed, especially if you are spending a lot of money.

No response to emails and chats.

Poor. Takes 2 to 3 days for a normal inquiry or problem.

No one is ever on chat during stated business hours. No phone no nor will they call customer upon request.

Also tried messaging through FB. Frustrating experience.

Co mailed out item that was canceled. Refunds difficult to process.

No response to multiple emails and chats to discuss returned and canceled items.

No phone number. Zero customer service.

The wrong ship to address is attached to my order

I have reached out numerous times leaving my phone number and email address. No one gets back to me.

I need to update my ship to address as it picked up on SHOP the last address that I sent a gift to instead of my address. I need this dress for an event and if it goes to Connecticut instead of Virginia then I will never get this on time.
