I am the Executive Director of Maggie Valley Nursing and Rehab and have been now for 11 years. It is sad that a ex employer would put negative remarks on our review when they were the ones at fault. I have never and will never allow foul language around my residents. You didn't even work in the nursing dept so get over yourself and leave the facility alone.

Worse staff Ever

My husband was in this place for 10 days. The Med tech would take his meds and sit them down said take when you are ready. The food was terrible. They were serving Turkey & Dressing but since he was not long term he got nasty BBQ 2 days in a row. When he got ready to leave, the doctor told him he could leave but when I went to pick him up they said, he signed himself out. His dentures never got cleaned. Unless I showed up. They was slimy. When I picked him up they would not help take him out.

User's recommendation: Don't take any family or friends there.
