Because you cancel something and you still pay for it
I haven't had this app and over a year and I'm still being charged for it even though it says resume description on the app I don't want the *** app because it's not even worth it there ain't nothing on it so I won't even go through them because once you put your card on in they'll keep charging you and charging you and charging you.. don't get it

Bought a subscription last year for my daughter for a Christmas gift. It only connected for two months(?) Do I need to send my daughters ( gift recipient) email as well? I dont think I have any receipt ( still looking) do you need my daughters receipt?

Just I saw that money was taken out of my PayPal account and I couldn't sign in a lady answered eand explained I had 2 account and 1 was canceled one activity. Thank u so much
