Bad customer service
I was in a magazine where the author misspelled my name, and the magazine layout was horrible. The magazine author told me she was not editing the magazine.
This company told me they will not refund me and will fight my dispute. Rude, money-hungry company!

Late Shipping and No Responses
- - Shipping delays for weeks, slow responses, no phone support, a 5-week late order with disputed charge, and high product quality when delivered.
I have been using mag cloud for years and for some reason since november 2025 they have been absolutely awful! Shipping delays for WEEKS, no responses for days and days, and the fact that they don't have a phone number is red flag number one.
They've never been this bad, but my order is 5 weeks late, I'm getting no help, and I've had to dispute my card charge at this point, and I've had to spend more money to get my marketing materials for events on time.
It's been so frustrating because their quality is next level, insanely good products when they are on. But it won't matter if they continue to treat customers the way they have been.

Ssue about name appearing on online picture - Men Cruze Magazine

I am on a picture in one of the online journal. The problem is that my name is showing. I am simply requesting that my name is gets removed from the page so I dont appear on online researches anymore (especially as I never gave my agreement about that) but without success
