Removing auto renewal. I was not able to reach anyone and had to pay to contact the business. They do not take phone calls and it seems impossible to do what I was trying to do.

Never received subscription

Magazine Store - Never received subscription
Ordered PC Gamer in October. Money was deducted from my account the next day. Never received the magazine. After contacting customer service they told that I HAD TO CONTACT THE PUBLISHER MYSELF! NO OFFER WAS EVER MADE TO REFUND MY MONEY! RIDICULOUS! TOTAL SCAM

90 $,how do i get my money back.i don't know who gave my details and was very upset,nobody has ever told me about it,plus am not a good reader.

Backordered issues never shipped/received or damaged.

I ordered five back issues of EW magazine in on October 9th in two separate orders from magazine.store where I was directed from EW's website. I received the first two magazine about 3 weeks later, but both had been damaged in shipping. Not ideal when they were meant to be gifts. Of the other three magazines, one finally arrived after about 5 weeks... then nothing. The other 2 magazines never turned up. There was no contact information on the confirmation email, so I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Eventually, through some digging, I found a contact form, but still haven't heard anything back. Bad enough that two of the magazines were damaged in shipping, but very concerned that it does not appear the last two magazines were shipped at all.
