They sent me an invoice I didn't owe

Magazine Service Company called and said I owed for Wine Enthusiast Magazine subscription. I asked them to email me the invoice. The invoice also states Bon Appetit for free. We have never rec’d this magazine. I contacted Wine Enthusiast and they said Magazine Service Company is not an authorized dealer and they were going to report them to their scam department. I got another call today from Mag. Serv. Comp. and I told them that I contacted Wine Enth. Mag and that they are not an authorized dealer. The lady blew that off saying they have worked with them for 30 years. So I began to investigate. I noticed that the address on the invoice does not match the address on the magazine either. Such a scam!!! I am not paying them.

Too many of the same subscriptions

I am receiving more than one magazine each time of the same issue because of problem with early renewal. I now find that I have been billed again for another renewal (3). The numbers and expiration dates are as follows: 983203****90 First Ex. date 6-28-12, second ex. date2-15-13, 3rd Exp.date 9-25-13. Each bill was automatically charged to my Visa card for $37.95. This is not the first time this has happened with this company. Please consolidate these renewals to one magazine and STOP sending duplicate magazines or I will be forced to stop the subscription all together Thank you. Magazine Service Center: money for subscription renewal not sent to intended magazine

In early July, I received an offer from Magazine Service to renew my subscription to Fine Woodworking for one year. I sent Magazine Service a check for the renewal. Magazine Service deposited the check in "F&M Bank" on 11 July, but they never forwarded the money to Taunton Press, publishers of Fine Woodworking; instead they apparently just pocketed the money. So far, I have only talked with Taunton Press, not with Magazine Service Center, which won't renew my subscription unless I pay them directly for it, so the magazine won't be renewed. Question: how did Magazine Service Center get my name and the information that I subscribed to Fine Woodworking? The subscription service person I spoke with at Taunton Press claimed they never did business with Magazine Service!
