Complaint - No magazine, no response to multiple emails, phone number inoperable.

Ordered a subscription back in December of 2021. Paid for it. Have an order number etc. As of today: 7/8/2022 - - I have not received any magazines, and have had no response to 5 email attempts and 3 phone attempts to contact this company about my subscription. What can I do?.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE so far!!! I ordered two year subscription to People Magazine and you took my money on November 29, 2021. You didnt have a problem processing that payment. Today is January 21, 2022 and I have not received a single magazine yet!!! You state on your website that you will respond to all emails within 5 business days and thats an complete TOTAL LIE, because I have sent you at least 6 emails myself and you have NEVER once replied! NEVER. You also give a phone number to call but there is no one that answers the telephone. Your pre-recorded message says that no one is in your workplace due to COVID-19. But you still have my $89 . And Ive not received a single issue. FIX THIS! Or Im going to have my local news channel report your company as a SCAM and my personal and business attorneys find you with hand-delivered papers! Oh yeah, you still have my $89!! FURIOUS

I placed an order for a magazine in November of 2021. They charged my account and never sent the magazine. I cannot get in touch with them because they do not answer their emails and telephone. This is a horrible company. You will lose your money if you use this company. My recommendation to future customers is use another company

Ordered and paid for a People Magazine subscription and 11 weeks later nothing! Pay the few extra dollars and order your magazines direct from publisher.

Preferred solution: Suggested solution is honor your commitment. If you can't do that then close the company down, stop taking people's money and not providing a service.

Do not order anything from this company because you will never get it! Its a total scam. I called my credit card company and got a refund.

Have not received my People Magazine

They will not answer the phone and the emails will not go through. There is no way to get to these people. They charged my credit card in October and have not sent one magazine yet.

Paid for a two year subscription to People Magazine in October and have not received any issues.

They do not answer the phone. They have not returned any of the messages I have left. Nor have they responded to any emails I have left. NOTHING...NOT A RESPONSE OF ANY KIND.........

Expiration date appearing on my issues of People Magazine is incorrect. as stated in my earlier Email dated 10-1-2021. My Order Number is 18883 and I ordered a 2-year subscription to People.

My order #18883 paid subscription for $71.99 paid by credit card for 2-years subscription. Please correct subscription expiration date to May 2022, not May 2021 as noted on People Magazine cover. Company has still not credited my account nor have I received the magazine.

Magazine bargain club responded to my negative review saying they are not a scam. I was told to send account number and name to resolve problem quickly. Still waiting on a redlinse as they already have all that info.

I ordered a people magazine yearly subscription from this company. We received a total of 6 issues and then they stopped. When I phoned People Magazine customer support they informed me a company called Synapse had cancelled my subscription. I phoned Synapse and they told me that I had paid using Air Alaska miles to buy the magazine subscription. That is completely false. I never flew alaska air nor do i have any association with it and i used a credit card to purchase. I went around and around with the Synapse customer support agent. They were nice but could do nothing. I checked my credit card statement and found phone number for magazine bargain club. Of course they were not taking calls but I sent an email. I received email saying there was a glitch and some subscriptions had been accidentally cancelled. I read a review on here that said they had received same response and their situation was exactly like mine. They had no resolution Sounds like this is a true ripoff. Their email asked if i wanted to continue my subscription. I responded yes but have since received non deliverable mail to their mailbox from our mail server. I am not expecting a positive resolution to this. Its a scam and would recommend you do not order from this company.

Never fulfilled paid subscription

Customer service contacted me a month ago. Stated in writing they would credit my account and restart my subscription.

My account has still not been credited. I doubt I will see the magazine show up in 6-12 weeks as they said. They asked me to update this review.

I will be happy to enclose their comments as I have them on file So I am..but once again not able to recommend them to anyone. That wont happen til they hold up their financial commitment in crediting me and fulfilling the subscription...so suspecting thats not going to happen

1 year subscription was cancelled. After hours of trying to figure out why and who to contact, found phone number on credit card bill. Was then sent to an email address. Finally, received email from customer support saying that it was an error and they would credit my account and restart my one 1 year subscription( I only received 1 month of my year paid in full subscription). Well...its been a month and my account has still not been credited. Seriously..how long does that take?? I doubt I will see the magazine they are assuring me they will send. Which leads me to believe this is a company that is a scam and unreliable. They asked me to edit my previous review of their company...my response to that is I will only do that if and when they hold up their end of the financial transaction and I receive my magazines. Im not holding my breath. Be smart..dont waste your time and money
