My break doesn’t work
It came and break didnt work I didnt do anything to it and then I went Halfords to see how much it will be to get it fixed they want 50 quid

I received Bomma 27.5 inch Spottie Peach Wheelie Bike on 5/14/24, had it assembled and inspected by Brands Cycle on 5/21/24, and picked it up on 5/28/24. Unfortunately, on 6/19/24, the bike experienced a significant failure when the thread attaching the rotor to the rear wheel snapped, rendering the bike unusable.
The bike shop indicated that the issue most likely had been due to a manufacturing defect, particularly noting the absence of blue thread lock on the rotor bolt.
Despite this bike being practically new, and having only been ridden for three weeks, the response from Stomp after sales indicated that the damage is not covered under warranty. I find this decision highly unsatisfactory given the potential safety risk involved and the high cost of the bike.
I was offered a replacement wheel kit that does not match the bike's original color scheme, which I find unacceptable.
Additionally, the black wheel kit, which would have been an appropriate replacement, is not available until September well after the incident occurred at a cost of $70 to me and that I would also have to find a rotor myself as they do not have that. Poor customer service and still no resolution.

My bike came with 27.5 forks and I order a 29 inch bomma.
I was assembly the bike and the wheel got stuck on the forks so can mafia bike send new forks for my 29 inch mafia BOMMA my address is {{Redacted}} and I broke my ankle and I what mafia to send a care package and another thing the bike came with broken forks washers and can mafia send it in the care package.

My bike came in today and it's missing a bolt for the wheel and it's missing both of the pedals
When the bike came in the box was open from the top and Ive ordered from this website before and it came with a box that had some other things with and it didnt come with that either I realized that things were missing as I was putting my bike together and the bike came with the brakes on the left instead of the right thats not really a problem though.
