Ordered combat hiking boots 11 and 1/2 wide was sent a 10 medium

I cannot reach anyone. There's phone numbers but everything is disconnected. All I wanted was what I paid for. And now I cannot reach anyone very disheartening have really never read into a problem like this before. Hopefully they will call me back and give me the proper size boots

Besides PissedConsumer I contacted the BBB. After about a month she emailed to notify a new pair of boots were being shipped out.

I purchased a pair of their boots 12/05/18. They advertise a 1 year warranty. My left boot zipper failed on 10/20/19. I used their online contact form to inform them and hopefully begin dialogue for a replacement. I received an email 11/05/19 from Customer Care rep Ingrid asking for a picture of the boot, my Amazon order number, shipping address so they can begin the review process. I responded with the required data 11/09/19. I reached out again on 11/14/19 asking for any updates. No response. I called and left a voice message with Ingrid the next day. No response. I called several times 11/18/19 and every call went to Ingrid's voice mailbox (I did not leave any further messages other than the first one). I do not abuse these boots as they are my favorite casual boot. I only wear them for motorcycle rides. The zipper broke within the 1 year warranty period, it seems as they were going to honor this, but I am being ignored.
