Automatically reinstated my subscription without my permission

But at the top of the account it shows its reactivated at a two month delivery. I did not do that and I did not approve that.

I want my money back and I want the damn subscription canceled for good. Theres no way to call them so the customer service doesnt work.

As of this date , Mae love has reimbursed me for purchase. Customer service has responded in a timely manner, with that I am pleased.

My account still shows there is another automated delivery for Augusypt 10th and IAm only hoping that my account will remain paused and no new shipment will be charged to my account since apparently I cannot simply cancel account altogether. I will contact at the end of the month(seeing as that they bill automatically) before shipping.

Hopefully I won’t have to repeat this process. I am happy with the timely response They have provided me to date.

I signed up for auto delivery for a product several months ago and was notified of an upcoming shipment. I emailed the company not to ship the product.

They charged my account even though they didn't ship the product.

In addition, their website doesn't give you the option to cancel auto shipping, and they state that the customer is responsible for doing this. Apparently, I will have to cancel my credit card to get out of this auto delivery process.
