AI was charged for multiple extras along with the intro price and then charged me again for the subscription I had cancelled. They have no phone number and clearly, support is a bot. It even says it in their policies that support is at their discretion and not a given to all potential customers.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. How was it resolved?
Not sure but I suspect your advocacy greatly contributed.
After dogged harassment they proposed halfway appeasements. I kept your venue up to date (which you in turn I understand you forwarded to the crooks) as well as peppering social media with warnings.They eventually relented with a full refund after a 6 weeks+.
After a protracted battle, they promised to refund the stolen money if I withdrew the grievances (4) filed with PayPal. I did.
What a schlub. They refunded a fraction and said they hadn't received all confirmations of cancellations from PayPal. I sent applicable screenshots confirming cancellation. There was no response.
Is this an Elon Musk run company?
I have never encountered such sleaze. Don't use PayPal; they won't help you.
