I Need to cancel my subscription I was charged for and never was supposed to be charged for
I was charged $39.99 and want my money refunded. I didn't use the app I just downloaded, never signed up for a subscription, and would definitely want my money back.
Please tell me how to cancel. Do I just delete the app? I didn't even know I had a subscription.
The sooner we can take care of this, the better. I don't even know how you all got my card info, and you don't even have a customer service number.

Resolved: Did not sign up
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. By treatment to expose their scams
I have not signed up for anything and they just deducted $40 from my pay pal account when I contacted them now is it that I don't fall in their refund policy.
I just need my money. This company is not right for anyone
