Did not cover my gray

I have been a customer for past two years and have used Modena Brown stubborn gray coverage 4 times. This time, it did NOT cover my gray.

They sent the wrong color after I’ve been using Roma blond on auto ship for 18 months. My hair was almost black when I took the cap off. I didn’t check the color Bc it’s the only color I have used for

That offered to pay for a wig so I could attend a wedding the next day I was instructed to email a picture of the reciept which I did. Its been 2 weeks I have not received or gotten a phone call as to resolve my hair it is half blond and half brown and not in a good way.

Mask mandate in Georgia being enforced when we don’t have one here

I am being told that I have to wear a mask again here in GA when we have NO mandate here. I was accused of not caring for those around me because I cant not wear a mask for medical reasons and they were refusing me service unless I put one on. This is not right
