No price adjustment
I made a purchase at the King of Prussia store today. When I arrived home I had an email for an additional $15 off my purchase.
I called the customer service number to request a price adjustment and was told that I had to return to the store .. frustrated !!

I only received ONE of the pair of shoes that I ordered!
I only received ONE of the size 9 clogs that I purchased! I love the shoe I got but you kind of need the other shoe to wear them!

I called you to check on order status and they said there was no order. I then reordered and now I have received two of the same items.
I have to go back to store and return one.
There was a 15 dollar discount in my email
And the second order would not take the discount so I dont even know if I received
The 15 dollars.

The customer service person was not well educated on Madewell. Didnt find the store and then couldnt find the item. Ordering online was much more efficient.
