I made a purchase at the King of Prussia store today. When I arrived home I had an email for an additional $15 off my purchase.
I called the customer service number to request a price adjustment and was told that I had to return to the store .. frustrated !!

- - There was no order when I checked.
- - I reordered and got two of the same items; I have to return one.
- - Discount $15 not applied on the second order.
I called you to check on order status and they said there was no order. I then reordered and now I have received two of the same items.
I have to go back to store and return one.
There was a 15 dollar discount in my email
And the second order would not take the discount so I dont even know if I received
The 15 dollars.
