Very pleasant when I finally found an actual phone number. They sent the wrong size for one item.
They said no problem, they would email instructions to send back. I received the email, but was surprised there was no prepaid postage label to send it back, since it was their error. Sent an email back and asking about prepaid postage and they sent me back a label to use.
I felt that I shouldnt have to ask for that, they should have automatically sent it. Happy with the other items in my order and hope they get the right size sent to me once I get the item sent back.
