My cutting board is cracking and is warped. What are you going to do ?

I dont know what happened. I gave it as a zzz gift to my daughter and bought me a new one.

Thats when she told me its cracking.I love this company and have bought many things from you.I tell people all the time about the company. I truly feel something needs to be done to compensate for the problem.

I did receive both orders. I kept all in the first, and pulled out two sets (leaving two sets) glasses.

Now I need to know how to label the returning box of items when I take them to UPS.

I have purchased ALL of my pans, stainless steel AND carbon steel, 2 FULL SETS of blue-rimmed tableware for my home including plates, entree plates, side plates, appetizer plates, mugs, wine glasses (red and white) and serving dishes from Made-In . I was in the process of doing so for my lake house and despite ordering and now using as much of the full set as I could, was told VERY CLEARLY that the black-rimmed rim stock would be refilled at the end of July.

Now I have less than half a set of black-rimmed tableware that is incomplete and now never will be? What the *** am I going to do??

The stuff I have bought is up the mountain, boxes long gone and Im stuck with a set the is less that half complete! Ive bought EVERYTHING for my kitchen from these guys and love all their stuff but this is absolute madness!

Request properly manufactured leg stand for a Carbon Steel Griddle

Dear Made In CS:

I am requesting replacement of one leg stand for a Carbon Steel Griddle due to a manufacturing defect. I visited Austin this past weekend and was given a Carbon Steel Griddle as a gift.

On assembling the grill, I found that one of the stainless steel leg stands was improperly manufactured. The leg stand was bent at the "U" (at the top of the bi-pod) at an incorrect place, causing one leg to be longer than the other and misaligning the griddle slots.

I am asking for one replacement leg stand delivered to me, as this is the easiest way to correct this issue.

Return items that were returned back to me by US Customs

Hello,

I purchased quite a few items and received a return label that was rejected by your USA customs. They sent the parcel back to me while I was away on holidays.

I reurned yesterday. I called DHL to find out the reason and they informed me that the parcel was held at US customs in Cincinatti because the return label didn't have enough Made In company information.

I have called your help support line numerous times and the message plays with a prompt disconnect after the message. I have sat on hold with our online chat with no repsonse.

I have sent emails to your company with no response. I am getting very frustrated and worried about this return.

Bad customer service

I placed an order, but it was canceled on their end and now I have been waiting well over a week for almost $3000. They refunded me $309 the day they canceled the order but can't do the rest for over a week?

Customer service does not respond and is no help regarding the situation claiming that the refund has been completed. On top of that, if you have any questions good luck getting an answer within the day because customer service responds to my chat days later through email.

In addition to that emails I sent have not even been responded to. The purchase was supposed to be a gift, how am I supposed to purchase another gift without my money!!??
