Impossible to book time slot

I am writing to let you know that it is impossible to book a time slot for your museum. I tried both yesterday and today, but the link
https://me-loneye.secure-cdn.meg-eu.accessoticketing.com/booking-portal doesn't work at all.
I bought a combo ticket, and for your museum, it's a problem to book a time.
This link is impossible to open at all. There are 3 of us, we are from another country, and for us, it is quite important to visit the museum tomorrow 09/06/24, please could you help in this matter.
