This company charged me $5.00 just to tell me to contact Madam Sew Customer Service and when I asked for a refund, I was given a website to contact that showed "not found" site. They also gave me a site to go to to get digital information on what I needed, but that site was also bogus. I am still trying to get a refund from this company, so please if anyone has the correct contact information, please let me know.
I have never had any problems with Madam Sew's products thus far.

I just received my package from Amazon and the box was a little short for it to lay flat so its kind of bowed I havent taken the plastic off should I sent back or will it flatten out? Or does it even lay flat with the back center piece that rotates? Concerned for you cut of fabric.

I have ordered before from this company with good results. Apparently you did your part and shipped my order, it had gone thru 16 tracking destinations, one within 60 miles of my home, and now has been shipped to Springfield, MA!
Why! If this is a Post Office inept problem, you might want to check their dependability!

I paid thru paypal. I still have not teceived my order. I never even received a tracking number. I can't reach anyone.
The website is useless.

Messed up order. The package I received was addressed to me and arrived in timely manner. However, the product was not what I ordered. I checked packing slip and it was for another individual.
