12x12 Rotating mat
I just received my package from Amazon and the box was a little short for it to lay flat so its kind of bowed I havent taken the plastic off should I sent back or will it flatten out? Or does it even lay flat with the back center piece that rotates? Concerned for you cut of fabric.

My order has never confirmed since 11/24
I have ordered before from this company with good results. Apparently you did your part and shipped my order, it had gone thru 16 tracking destinations, one within 60 miles of my home, and now has been shipped to Springfield, MA!
Why! If this is a Post Office inept problem, you might want to check their dependability!

Waiting for order
I placed an order on 9-25-23. I haven't received my order, a tracking number, or any other information regarding my order.
I have tried multiple times to try to track my order. I am so disappointed .
I have ordered before with no issues. I haven't contacted paypal yet or gone public, butI will if someone doesn't contact me with some information.

This is my 4th attempt. I placed an order on 9-25-23.
I paid thru paypal. I still have not teceived my order. I never even received a tracking number. I can't reach anyone.
The website is useless.
And your support help wants me to send my information and pay$1 to be contacted. Someone needs to contact me.

My order of 11/24 has never arrived but been to 16 tracked stops! Sounds like the PO is just being neglectful!
Two stops were within 60 miles of my home. Never delivered!

Messed up order. The package I received was addressed to me and arrived in timely manner. However, the product was not what I ordered. I checked packing slip and it was for another individual.
Received wrong product. Called Madam Sew and CS agent said she would mail me the correct product that day..
Have ordered several things vfrom this company and they are reliable. Very good customer service.ggood products
