I took my son to a private ski lesson last weekend, I booked a 1 hour private lesson ($65) in this resort, by mistake (or so I thought at the time because the web is not very intuitive) I acquired a day lift ticket ($44). When I got there I picked up my son's ticket and asked the employee about this, the employee responded that the day lift ticket was included in the private lesson (which made total sense, who is going to pay $100 for 1 hour) and that I could ask for a refund.

When I got home I contacted the Customer Service team and they told me that was not the case, that every person needs a day lift ticket to even be in the ski resort even if you're just there for 1 hour and even if you have paid for the private lesson. Bottom line: I think paying over $100 for a 1 hour lesson is a rip off, and even if this is not the end of the world I wanted to warn other skiers about this ski resort rude personnel and to encourage people to leave reviews such as this.
