Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware - Consumers making a new HD purchase here should know MSRP and the Trade in value before you start the purchase process here. They do not work from MSRP but their own pricing configuration to SHOW you a great deal. It is far from great. If you do your homework you will find a better price and a more caring dealer about your purchase experience. You will get hood winked and they will laugh all the way to the bank. Buyers remorse will be your issue to deal with after purchasing a bike from Mad River. Additionally delivery experience was long and exhausting.

john these 4 dealers that mike davis own have run their over priced h d business to the moon a good friend of mine bought a new 2014 street glide in sept that year ended up approxmetly 2500.00 over sticker davis told him they are the cheapest dealer just the best no discount on acesserys other 10 percent that every body gets then my friend tried to trade on a 16 s g hes is so far under dollar wise hes stuck with the 14 cause now h d is stuck with a lot of 16 models and slashed the prices so his 14 is almost worthless thanks MIKE DAVIS

Not so for us great sales delivery and service

I read and understand the complaints but I must in good faith I'm on second Harley and it could not be better. Mad River in Sandusky did a great job. Every step was well planned and the service has been great. Sales was easy going, the finance was solid, parts had it all, and service was great. best dealer in the area. i checked 4 dealers for price no one beat Mad River. Just put this in to show the other side of the coin. One on the best parts of the store is the points system check it out. I got several extras for the bike with points really a nice surprise and system. Mad River is a Great dealership.

Why have a warranty on a new bike if your not going to honor it. 2 years and the issue is still not fixed. I won't be going back .
