Question about product return
I am not a pissed off consumer. I actually ordered a product that I like very much but then when I ordered a different product a few weeks later I received two and was charged for both as well.
Now I am a confused customer trying to find out how I can return a product that was sent to me that. I didnt order but so far I have had no luck speaking to anyone so I left an email provided by the website and hopefully I will hear soon.

No response for customer service
I needed to contact the company to stop a wrong purchase and correct the shipping address. The email system isn't working if you have issues that need to taken care of fast.
