Never received my order
I was scammed under Macy's Backstage platform. They are telling me that they don't do online shopping but, an advertisement for clearance popped up with their title on my phone, urging me to buy winter coats from clearance.
I didn't think this was real so I looked the company up (Macy's Backstage) and found them to be legit! So I ordered. Be I still hold Macy's responsible because with them being a huge conglomerate I would have thought they would monitor the website more diligently! How do you allow people to be scammed under your platform and do absolutely nothing about it!
I didn't lose a lot of money, but any money lost through scamming is significant for me! I was even given a phony order number via of email and a tracking number which I blatantly followed up to the point where it confirmed delivery date and time which was all a part of the scam!

Never received my order
I have contacted them thru email bc there is no phone number available for Macy's Backstage but they did contact me back and agree to resend / over night which will actually be 5-7 business days and I will have to sign for the package .So let's see how this goes ...I will update you guys here after the 5-7 days on this second attempt turns out

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS. I RECEIVED A EMAIL STATING ITEMS DELIVERED.
I CAN'T GET HELP FROM ANYONE *** CAN'T EVEN TALK TO A PERSON.
NO REPLIES FROM MY NUMEROUS EMAILS SENT. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO DELIVERED IT!
