I ordered a transmission pan gasket i spent a extra 20 bucks to have it shipped to my house, that was 2 months ago i want to track my package or i want a refund and my money back!

Poor customer service!

A month ago I ordered a fiberglass replacement bumper. Still not here.

So far I've been on hold for 45 minutes.

I sent them an email. That may take 5 days for a response.

User's recommendation: Fine as long as you don't have to talk to a person!
