Pleasantly Surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by the range of alternative payment methods offered by Macropay. Compared to my previous experiences, the integration process was quicker.
What impressed me the most was the polite and helpful nature of their team.
Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were readily available. So far, I haven't encountered any problems with Macropay's payment gateway.
The entire experience has been good so far.

Unique Service
As a small business owner, finding a reliable payment gateway that offers access to alternative payment methods was crucial for my growth -- and quite difficult to find! Macropay has been a game-changer for my business.
While Macropay's payment gateway services are excellent, there is room for improvement in their customer support.
Although they are generally responsive, there have been instances when the response time was longer than expected due to them having to verify internally. However, once connected, the support team is knowledgeable and provides helpful solutions.
Overall, I really recommend giving their services a try!

They simply don't respond
When you call the company it sounds like someone running a business out of the basement of their home with an automated answering system. Left multiple messages but no response.

I can accept giropay now!
I have been looking for a software or any advice so that I can accept Giropay payments from my clients in Germany. Macropay has been referred to me and it works!
I think they offer other payment modes but for now, I am only interested with Giropay. Just very happy that I can now accept other kinds of payment
