While Macropay's payment gateway services are excellent, there is room for improvement in their customer support.
Although they are generally responsive, there have been instances when the response time was longer than expected due to them having to verify internally. However, once connected, the support team is knowledgeable and provides helpful solutions.
Overall, I really recommend giving their services a try!

When you call the company it sounds like someone running a business out of the basement of their home with an automated answering system. Left multiple messages but no response.

I think they offer other payment modes but for now, I am only interested with Giropay. Just very happy that I can now accept other kinds of payment
